currently in RedHours with few of my friends, I just noticed they have wifi so I asked the attendant for the network key...
ME: May I have your network key?
ATTENDANT: drink responsively all in lower case:
ME: (Typing "drinkresponsively" for the password) i cant connect no matter how I try..
so she wrote it in a paper:
damn it!.. see what alcohol can do?

Halo-Halo or Banana con Yelo?
Certifyd Maldita was craving for something cold and sweet,
so we went to Razon’s Filipino Restaurant since her officemate have mentioned that they have real
good Halo-Halo.
We ordered a meal and ordered the regular halo-halo with
extra leche flan.
When it was served, I got confused. It didn’t look like
halo-halo to me. I thought that maybe the waiter served us the order for
another table. So, I innocently and confusingly asked,
Me: Excuse me, is this halo-halo or banana con yelo?
Waiter: Halo-halo maam.
Me: Huh?! So, what are
the ingredients of your halo-halo?
Waiter: Banana, macapuno,
milk, ice and leche flan
We got disappointed. It sounded and looked more like Banana con Yelo to us. It tasted good though, it
tasted real good for a special banana con yelo. Seriously, the local snack house in our
small town has way better halo-halo with more ingredients mixed for only 35php.

How Do You Pronounce Route?
I just recently noticed that some of my friends pronounce the word "Route" as rüt while I feel more comfortable pronouncing it as rau̇t just like how I pronounce "router" (rau̇-tər). Consistency issue perhaps and besides, I use American English and have a neutral accent. I just discovered that rüt is a British English pronunciation while rau̇t is American English Pronunciation.
Bottom line, both are acceptable. Its just like with the argument of the pronunciation of tomato and potato.

Dear Pantene PH
Dear Pantene PH,
We dont throw away hair ponytails, we throw away hair scrunchies..
ponytail is the hairstyle while the scrunchy is the band to tie your hair

Miracles
So a lot of people believe in miracles.
Just today in the local news, there was this picture of a saint that was found one day with tears of blood from its eyes. A lot of people immediately visit the place, hoping that this "miracle" will heal there illness. A lot of people visit hoping that by merely rubbing their hands, they will be healed.
I dont believe in this thing, but If its crying doesnt it mean that its sad?. Specially its crying blood, it must be sad because people have become worldly. And instead of going there praying, asking for the forgiveness of sins, repenting, these people are there just asking for healing themselves. I wonder if this thought ever came to those devotee.
Im not saying that its bad to ask for healing. God said "ask and you shall recieve". But somehow, i feel that its being selfish to just go there expecting for instant healing and once healed go back to their old ways. tsktsktsk
Again, I dont believe in this thing. it was just a thought.
