VSU students i think are born noisy talaga.
even walking in the aisle or in a narrow corridors in the school premises... ayyy nakoo ka ingay and I wont excuse myself among them...
I think its their own way of expressing Liberation in the school. noh? Well I dont think that should be the Student's Philosophy>>>
